One of the UKs leading smart building, security & IT infrastructure providers are recruiting for a Project Manager who has extensive experience in the delivery of security systems & data infrastructure. The company have a long-standing record delivering Smart Building infrastructure for some of Londons most prestigious construction projects.

The role will involve Project Management of Cabling Infrastructure, CCTV & Access Control, Converged Networks, AV and IRS on a major project in London.

Candidates should have experience across the following areas:
Data Cabling
Electronic Security - CCTV, Access Control, IDS
Converged Networks
Audio Visual
IRS
Experience managing large construction projects with P&L responsibility
Management of sub-contract labour
Understanding of commercial contract - NEC3 & JCT
