Job Scope
The Project Logistics Lead is responsible for the day to day management of the Project materials deliveries to customer telecoms sites, in line with project programme

Needs to Have
At least 3 years' experience in a similar role logistics management and warehouse role

Needs to Do
*Prepare and check materials orders from project team held with warehouse supplier
*Supervision of warehouse supplier & internal/external logistics staff
*Support warehouse administration function when required
*Oversee monthly stock checks held with warehouse appointed supplier
*Ensure any warehouse sundries are maintained to adequate levels
*Clear communication of current day issues across the company to facilitate completion of projects deliveries and on site materials orders issues
*Ensure supplier warehouse check In and out stock and/or materials as per project orders
*Ensure that the customer material stocks are kept in good order and is to the required safety and storage H&S standards
*Ensure the efficient loading and unloading of transport in time to ensure timely deliveries to customer telecom sites
*Liaise with Clients/Customers in regard to their stock requirements
*Effectively manage both the client stock and internal stock held within 3rd party and warehouse for project
*Ensure that materials Logs/records are updated and control the return of materials to warehouse supplier for re-issue or decommission
*Request PO as required
*Ensure familiarity and implementation of the SHEQ Management System
*Manage overall logistics and delivery supply chain functions for project
*Cover for national manager as required

*Able to work in an organised and efficient manner
*Detailed orientated and able to manage in a pressurised and demanding environment
*Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
*Able to effectively manage logistics and warehouse resources
*Aware of commercial drivers and demonstrates ability to manage costs in logistics solutions
