We are currently looking for a Project Documentation Coordinator to join an exciting company based in London who are well established in the Smart Building industry. The role of the Project Documentation Coordinator will involve - providing all the document control function for all design & build division projects in an organised way using the project specific collaboration management systems. This will be a temp to perm position.

Project Documentation Coordinator
Salary: £24pm maximum & perm salary of £30k + Company Benefits (holiday / pension)
Location: London

Responsibilities:
*Set up detailed design folders on Sharepoint for all live projects and upkeep and maintenance of the Sharepoint folders for all live projects
*Maintaining the drawing register and reporting on drawing status
*Management of the Technical Submission process and reporting on status
*Uploading drawings and documents to the Client web portals
* Use the tools available to support the needs of the project team and stakeholders
*Complete weekly drawing status reports on current projects for the design and CAD manager
*Complete the operating & Maintenance Manuals in conjunction with the project managers an create test and commissioning packs
*Liaise with the clients, consultants and subcontractors document controllers
*Ensuring design minutes are completed and saved for all live projects
*Attending internal meetings within the department
*Working closely with the Sales, Operations, Procurement and CAD team

Knowledge & Skills:
*Proven experience of completing project documentation health/quality checks
*Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
*IT literate, proficient MS word, PowerPoint and Excel
*Good customer care skills
*Awareness of IPMA/APM & PRINCE2 environments

Qualifications:
*3 years+ admin experience
