Project Coordinator x2 (Civils\Telec)
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + Benefits + 25 days Holiday + Pension
Location: Southend-On-Sea
Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm

Job Purpose:
The role of project coordinator is a role of tremendous responsibility there for planning work in a timely manner in order to ensure we meet the expectations of our client is vital. Ensure all project specific documentation is distributed within the given time and the documentation given is of the highest standard. Assist and liaise with project manager. Update the master tracker containing all jobs. The project coordinator to ensure stock is provided and order for engineers. To liaise with the warehouse.

Key Accountability:
*There are many aspects to this role which are listed, but not limited to the following:
*Take incoming calls when available
*Manage the work stack
*Apply for DFE's/Job extras in a timely manner and record them
*Accept and record released jobs
*Distribute the job packs to the engineers in order of priority in line with the client's requirement also ensuring the planned works meet internal commercial requirements.
*Keep the job pack spread sheet (the Bible) updated on a daily basis.
*Invoice all possible jobs
*Keep the Operations Manager updated with values of work invoiced as and when required however it would be expected as a minimum every Monday at close of business
*Plan any jobs received
*Meet with the client's representative on a weekly basis and discuss planned work, review executed work, resource capability and require by dates.
*Attend any conference calls with the client
*Attend internal weekly management meetings when required.
*Ensure RAMS are provided for the site (If applicable)
*Ensure any extra resource is provided and booked.
