A fast-growing and exciting Ultrafast Broadband provider based in West London are looking for a FTTH Programme Manager. Job Purpose:
The Programme Manager - Distribution leads our distribution team implementing the core of our full fibre network serving residential and business premises across London, making extensive use of the BT Openreach PIA duct network.

This team is chiefly responsible for the development and then implementation of distribution projects that provide the connectivity for our Access (residential) and B2B projects. They must do this in a timely and cost-effective manner to support our monthly premises passed target, whilst spending capital efficiently and as close to the point of revenue generation as practicable. Additionally, they are responsible for developing the capability and scale of their team to support our growth. Community Fibre uses a supply chain of contractors to implement its distribution network, and the Programme Manager - Distribution will take the lead role in the management of these contractor relationships.

Duties & Responsibilities:
*Ensure the access project teams achieve their optimal rate of delivery of our distribution network expansion, attaining controlled delivery with respect to cost, time and quality. KPI's will be derived based on business targets in line with the business plan.
*Ensure the project teams (inclusive of our contract partners) successfully complete all project deliverables. These include, but not limited to: CPP, RAMS, Business Cases, as-builts, wayleave documents.
*Ensure the financial management of all projects adhere to our supplier, and contractor SLA's.
*Responsible for the implementation and execution of a controlled programme of works. The Distribution Manager will work closely with the Programme Analyst, and Access Manager to deliver programme of works to the clients.
*Act as an escalation point for the project teams, peer business units, clients and as necessary escalate these to senior management within.
*Undertake and lead process improvement initiatives to improve the E2E delivery of a programme of works, as well contribute to peer business units improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:
*Experience leading and evolving large teams, developing new capabilities within business units and managing the performance of the groups.
*Thorough working knowledge of a fibre network build through significant job experience and training on site
*Demonstrable experience of applicable trade and industry regulations, ensuring adherence to relevant standards and policies: Understanding of Construction Design Management (CDM), ISO Occupational Health and Safety, BSI guidance and standards and NRSWA regulations, as well as SROH specifications, and permit scheme regulations.
*Supplier management experience.
*Relevant experience within the Telecommunications arena, with proven track record of successful delivery of large scale Telecom Projects.
