Provisioning/Porting Manager – Remote Conferencing - £35-40k + Benefits
Your Future: The Porting Manager is a new position due to the expansion and increase in demand for this scale-up remote conferencing business. This role will offer career progression – as the function grows, you will and, in the future, you will be looking to grow out the team.
The Role: The Porting and Provisioning Manager will be processing, and managing porting activity and new numbers for Local and international DID as well as toll free numbers. You will hold relationships with UK based and international carriers to ensure SLA’s and porting requests are delivered on time, every time.  You will work with internal project managers and technical teams to resolve any issues with new numbers, the porting of numbers or billing.
Experience required for the Porting and Provisioning Manager:
  • Experience of a number/porting management role
  • Experience of using and customising number management systems
  • Knowledge of local number portability systems
  • Experience of ordering numbers and porting requests with global carriers (bonus, not essential)
  • Experience of creating number management processes (bonus, not essential)

This role will be based from home with some access to the office (2 times a month) which is based in London.
