Reporting To: Operations Director
Technical Resources are currently in search of an Operations Administrator (OA) to be part of a team, and as a group will perform the duties to support and administer the Projects and Service Departments.
Main Duties Include:
* Produce 'supply only' job files.
* Monitor status of live project files
* Assist with producing management reports for the Operations Department.
* Liaise with customers (staff and clients) at all levels.
* Produce Sales invoices, Project Applications and Valuations.
* Liaise with accounts department to resolve any consequent queries
* Travel arrangements
* Production of Health and Safety documentation required for compliance with client expectations
