We are currently recruiting for a new ISP in Scotland who are building out an ultrafast broadband network across Scotland to provide a stable connection to homes and businesses. This business are taking the market by storm and have received a substantial investment to build out a next generation Fibre Network.

Candidates for this role will need prior experience in Noticing across either the Civil, Telecoms or Utilities industries.

Noticing Coordinator
Salary: Up to £25k + Company Benefits
Location: Scotland / Remote

Responsibilities:
*Operating in a manner that ensures you assist the team in delivering its targets within the parameters of the agreed service level agreement and KPIs set by MTS
*Managing the flow of information/work to the relevant Project Manager/Supervisor to enable the completion of all activities detailed within the work packs, covering excavation/cabling/jointing/reinstatement
*Managing programme requirements in a timely manner
*Ensuring all relevant noticing is completed and communicated in a timely fashion
*Carrying out daily/weekly/ monthly reviews on work issued/completed and reported in a format highlighting both successes/failures with direct reports/peers
*Ensuring excellent working relations are established and maintained with key interfacing areas, such as R100 noticing teams/Local Authorities
*Building relationships with all stakeholders
*Jeopardy Managing Notices to ensure compliance with NRSWA.

Skills & Knowledge Requirements
*Previous experience in a similar role is essential
*Able to communicate effectively at all levels
*Must have MS Office skills, especially in Word and Excel
*To be able to demonstrate a professional approach.
*Proven ability to build good relationships and meet client expectations
*Ability to manage conflict
*A can do attitude
