We are looking for a personable and hard-working administrator to join a civil engineering and telecommunications company based in Longstanton. This role will involve supporting the operations delivery teams in all administrative, planning and documentation activities. This will include liaising with councils, planning street works notices and ensuring SLA's are met through operations support.

The ideal candidate would have worked in an operational support role previously and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Any experience with engineering, civils works, traffic management or telecommunications would be beneficial.

You will require a good working knowledge of Microsoft office for this position.

Noticing Administrator
Salary: Up to £18,000 + Benefits
Location: Longstanton

*Aware of key legislation relating to your work activity and confident in interpretation of the legislation in fulfilling your role effectively
*Collate and report information as required such as FPN/Section 74/third party escalations/contract SLA performance etc
*Ensure permits are in place in advance of works being undertaken and are appropriately closed on completion of the works
*Liaise with third parties to request and/or provide information in relation to the works being completed working collaboratively to resolve outstanding issues/disputes quickly in a professional manner
*Work collaboratively with operational teams to ensure all required information is captured/provided in a timely manner, is accurate and able to be used confidently in the operational delivery processes
*Input and maintain key data into systems ensuring data input is accurate and complete
