Location: Leeds Bradford Airport
Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 (Dependent on Experience) 20 days hols + Benefits

Role Summary:
The company is fast paced, rapidly growing telecommunications provider specialising in wireless internet service provision. The nature of the telecommunications industry and ever-changing technologies in use have created opportunities for smaller specialist providers to thrive. We have designed and created an industry leading network that serves large parts of both Lancashire and Yorkshire delivering coverage from the East coast to the west Coast of the UK.
We serve thousands of businesses and homes across this region providing broadband, telephone services and networking solutions.

We are a looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our technical team in Leeds. The role of Technical Team Lead encompasses a wide range of responsibilities all designed to deliver an exceptional level of technical support to our customers.

The role will see you providing 3rd line support on our network as well as managing the day to day operation of our technical support team. A suitable candidate for this role will have experience working in a team leadership role within an ISP/telco as well as having a sound knowledge of supporting ethernet networks. They will also be very customer centric, focusing on providing the best possible experience.
The Role:
*3rd line network and customer support
*Assist in network planning and design
*Highlight any major performance, operational or security issues that may affect the smooth operation of the network
*Implement and refine system monitoring tools to continually monitor network performance
*Day to day management of the support team
*Providing training to the support team where required
*Ensuring all technical support tickets are dealt with in a timely manner and within SLA
*Participation in the on-call rota

The Requirements:
*Highly customer focus and professional approach to work.
*Experience of working in ISP/telco.
*Previous experience in a team leader/management role.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels.
*Highly organised and detail orientated, with a friendly and approachable attitude.
*Self-motivated and proactive to succeed in a fast-moving environment
*Ability to work with discretion and handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
*Able to prioritise your own workload in line with business pressures.
*Able to work as part of a team and establish strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
*Strong experience with network routing protocols, including OSPF, BGP and MPLS
*Experience with Juniper MX series routers and EX series switches (preferable)
*Previous experience with fixed wireless an advantage

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
*Degree in IT related subject (Preferred)
*JNCP/CCNP certification
*2+ Years previous experience in either a support team leader or ISP/telco network engineer role

*Full Time Role - 40 Hours Per Week
