We are recruiting for an exciting start up ISP who are looking to onboard a Network Access Officer. As a Network Access Officer your primary focus is to take responsibility for negotiating wayleave agreements and easements and other forms of agreement to support the delivery of full fibre capability to private landowners and landlords for permission to access their land and properties to install our fibre optic network to homes and residents. You will be responsible for identifying target sites and engaging directly with Property Stakeholders and Owners, Building Managers as well as residents of multi dwelling properties (MDUs). We will need you to communicate with these landowners and sometimes their agents in a way that protects and enhances our reputation as a professional and politically aware organisation that wants to work with all affected stakeholders to bring the benefits of our broadband network to residents, businesses and institutions in the local area.

You will be working closely with the Network Planning and Design function who will identify which sections of our planned build are crossing private land and you will need to monitor any changes to planned designs that affect the Network Access permissions required. Our Field Surveyors will provide on the ground information on how and where our network is to be built so that you can communicate this to landowners.
