The Role: Reporting to the CEO, as a Marketing Executive, you'll need to create awareness of and develop the companies brand, communicate with target audiences and work closely with the team and its external providers in order to implement the marketing plan. You will be working independently, so self-initiative and being proactive is a must. At the same time, you will need to be a good team player, since coordination with other areas/departments will be essential.

Key responsibilities
  • Plan, develop and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns according to the marketing plan
  • Devise and present marketing ideas and strategies
  • Organise and coordinate promotional campaigns through local newspapers and leaflet printers and distributors
  • Set up, manage and monitor digital campaigns on Social Media
  • Write and proofread creative copy
  • Organise and coordinate promotional events on specific venues
  • Coordinate and monitor branding implementation across the whole organisation
The successful applicant will have:
  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to persuade and influence decisions
  • Exceptional organization skills with good time management
  • Ability to work under pressure and consistently reach targets
  • High level of commitment with the project
  • Experience in monitoring and reporting results
  • Min. 3 years of experience in planning, setting up and monitoring digital campaigns (Social Media, Google Ads)
  • Ability to build positive and effective relationships
  • IT/Systems skills and experience: ability and proofed experience to work with Office package (especially, Excel, Power Point, Word and Planner)
  • Ability to work independently and proactively and, at the same time, as part of a larger team
Salary Package:
  • Basic up to £30k
The Marketing Executive will primarily work remotely, the company have satellite offices based in the home counties.
