Manager, Customer Success – UC and Telecoms - £60K OTE £90k + Stock

Your Future: After a rebrand, overhaul, new management team and huge investment, this rapidly expanding UC and Telco provider are looking for an ambitious Manager to lead a Customer Success and support team and help this business achieve their strategic plan to double turnover in 2 years. This is a chance to secure equity in a business led by a CEO with a track record of successfully scaling up SME’s and leaving staff with great, life changing stock options. 
The Role: The Manager of Customer Success will look after a mixed team of CSM's, Technical Implementation and Support Managers and other customer service staff. You will be create a new CS strategy in-line with the businesses strategic growth plans. The UC and Telco solutions are sold on an as-a-service basis so this in a critical role to ensure future retention and uplift in sales. You'll use your experience to instil a new level of thinking within the current team, recruit new staff and eventually take ownership of this business function. 
The Company: After an MBO this business has made acquisitions across the UK to gain a national presence. They have tripled in size and haven't even started the main part of their growth strategy. The CEO rewards staff with stock options and wants to give ownership to his team. As a senior member of this company you will play an integral part in their plan, help them with their journey and eventually, exit with an impressive financial reward.  
You: For this Manager of Customer Success role we need people with:



  • Customer Success Experience from a SaaS business
  • Leadership experience
  • A Strategic thinker who can plan and develop a compelling CS strategy
  • A problem solving and open attitude, someone who is adaptable and keen to push the boundaries 
  • A clear vision of what Customer Success means to the business and to the client

The package for the Manager of Customer Success is: 



  • Base:    £60k - some flex
  • OTE:     £80-100k

The Manager of Customer Success role is office based which is in Hertfordshire. There will be occasional visits to other offices and some flexibility to work from home however initially this will be a hands on role and visibility to the team will be paramount.
