Salary: Up to £30,000 + Benefits Package (23 Days Holiday, Pension, Healthcare, Bonus, Etc)
We are seeking highly ambitious, enthusiastic and personable IT Support professionals to provide internal support to a rapidly growing software solutions specialist. You will need to be comfortable supporting an internal workforce of 500 in a fast-paced and highly pressurised environment which could include remote support and face to face or floorwalking. Due to the huge growth within the company there are many opportunities for career progression in the future.
Ideally you will have 1-2years or more experience in a few of the following: MS SQL, Microsoft OS, SCCM, Hardware Builds, 1st/2nd line support, Azure, NetApp, Virtualisation, MS Exchange, Active Directory.
Working Hours: 09:00-5:30pm Monday - Friday (with occasional out of hours support).

*Resolving users support calls remotely or face to face
*Managing support calls throughout their life cycle ensuring satisfactory resolutions
*Using the online Service Desk to handle support calls
*Provide consistently professional and high-quality interface between Systems Support and its customers
*Hardware Builds (Laptops & Desktops via Microsoft SCCM)
*Application Installation (via Microsoft SCCM)
*Liaising with external resources (suppliers/manufacturers/support providers)
