Salary: Up to £30,000 + Benefits Package (23 Days Holiday, Pension, Healthcare, Bonus, Etc)
We are seeking highly ambitious, enthusiastic and personable IT Support professionals to join the most exciting cloud and software solutions specialist in the England. You will be joining an energetic and driven environment with excellent career prospects (We are not just saying this - we can show this to you!). The successful candidate will have a passion for ICT technology and want to be at the forefront of deploying and supporting cloud technology.
Ideally you will have 1-2years or more experience in a few of the following: Microsoft OS, Office 365, MS Exchange, Azure, Citrix, Virtualisation, SharePoint, Cloud Services. You will be trained to provide support on a wide range of software including specialist cloud applications.
Working Hours: 09:00-5:30pm Monday - Friday (with occasional out of hours support).

*Pre and post-sales support (part-technical) around MS Azure, O365 and other MS Online Services
*Offering on boarding guidance for O365 and OLS reservations
*Offering set up guidance for Microsoft Cloud Services
*Maintenance and updating of Cloud Support Intranet page
*Producing and maintaining relevant customer and internal documentation
*Providing Internal training when and if required
*Take responsibility for basic and intermediate customer queries & escalate more complex queries
