IT Support Analyst - 1st\2nd Line Support
Location: High Wycombe
Salary: Up to £25,000 + (25 days holiday + pension scheme + healthcare)

We are recruiting for a IT 1st/2nd line support analyst to join a healthcare IT provider specialising within new technologies.

37.5 hour weeks Mon-Friday 10:30-18:30 (30 mins lunch). Reporting directly to the IT Support team leader and director who will be part of all new technology meetings

*Providing 1st/2nd line support to on site and remote users
*Need to have hardware troubleshoot experience
*Previous 1st/2nd line support ideally with Microsoft or windows operating systems
*Providing application for CRM systems, stock management systems
*Basic network of WAN/LAN/WiFi
*Good communication skills to communicate with internal and external suppliers
*Deal with ticketing requests and prioritise time for the day (self-management skills)
*Setting up new user profiles

The ideal candidate will be flexible to get involved with office moves and fitouts too.

*Active directory or group policy
*Office 365
*Backup software
*VOIP and Unified comms software
*Windows server

Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential

Will be assisting full IT and telecoms platforms within the healthcare business
