We are currently working with an ISP in the South East of England that are looking to bolster their team with an IT Network Engineer to support across their broadband and network roll out. You will be supporting clients B2B with their hosting and server infrastructure.

Candidates for this role will need experience in Helpdesk Support roles in the IT / Telco industry.

Helpdesk Technician
Salary: Up to £28k (Holiday, Pension, Tools, Equipment, expenses etc)
Location: South East England (South Coast)

Key responsibilities
-Configuration and installation of network equipment on customer sites
-Maintenance of network equipment relating to cisco & other products
-Ensuring you provide a first class customer service to all partners of the business
-Increasing revenue where possible by advising on new products for companies to use
-Supporting clients where possible across all network & help desk enquiries
-2nd line support engineering focussing on support as opposed to solution based.


Skills and Experience
-IT / Telco experience (Desirable)
-2 years experience in helpdesk support across the IT industry
