Candidates for this role will need experience in Helpdesk Support roles in the IT / Telco industry.
Salary: Up to £28k (Holiday, Pension, Tools, Equipment, expenses etc)
Location: South East England (South Coast)
-Configuration and installation of network equipment on customer sites
-Maintenance of network equipment relating to cisco & other products
-Ensuring you provide a first class customer service to all partners of the business
-Increasing revenue where possible by advising on new products for companies to use
-Supporting clients where possible across all network & help desk enquiries
-2nd line support engineering focussing on support as opposed to solution based.
Skills and Experience
-IT / Telco experience (Desirable)
-2 years experience in helpdesk support across the IT industry
