The Role: The Head of Sales will drive a sales division to sell an unrivalled ultra-fast broadband into the B2C, SME & Mid-market. With an armoury of a continually developing and growing services, you can offer an end-to-end solution to your clients, putting the needs of customers at the forefront of your focus, with the backing of a fantastic team! You will influence, grow, and mould the sales team into elite performers and reap the rewards of a rapidly scaling business.

The Company: An incredible ISP in the South that provide their own ultra-fast broadband, they offer an elite service and are highly valued by their adorning clients. They have increased sales significantly in the past 12 months and their ambitious MD is excited by the clear opportunity to further drive their solidity within the ISP space. A small close-knit team where you can affect change and really make a difference, no red tape to stop you thriving in a highly lucrative industry.

Requirements for the Head of Sales:
  • A hunter attitude with high energy
  • Experience working for an ISP
  • High energy and can motivate and influence the sales team
  • A plan/focus on targets and what KPI’s you need your team to achieve to hit your end number
  • Bring ideas and own the sales function, being accountable to its success and the teams delivery
  • Demanding high standards and high performance.
  • Budget/resource management.
  • Background processes; recruitment, training, development, etc
  • Robust, flexible and hungry within a new scale up.
The package for the Head of Sales:
  • Base - £60-70k
  • 50-100% OTE
  • Car
  • Pension, Benefits, Expenses etc.
The Head of Sales will need to be based in the South with a focus on London & home counties.
