About the role :
As a flight packer, you will be part of a team responsible for packing food items into carts, canisters and ovens whilst checking for quantity and quality in our clients new Dynamic Logistic Centre.
You will be also responsible for sealing food carts and canisters to strict specifications as required, and with a strong focus on quality and consistency whilst working to tight deadlines.
Each day will be different as you may be working on different customer assignments. You will be working in a chilled environment and will be provided with the appropriate equipment and clothing.

NOTE : This is a Full time permanent role with rotating shifts patterns including early mornings, late evenings and week ends.

About you :
To be a successful Flight Packer, you must have flexible and enthusiastic approach to work and enjoy working as part of team in a fast-moving environment where deadlines are tight to ensure that flights depart on time.
You must also maintain a clean and safe workstation, working in a manner that promotes good health and safety practices and be prepared to wear any personal protective equipment provided.
The nature of the role requires a lot of lifting, bending and stretching.
As part of this role, you need to be English conversant with good Numerical and checking skills
In line with CAA regulations you will be required to undergo the following prior to commencing work :
Basic UK criminal record check
An overseas criminal record check will be required for any period of over 6 month in country's outside the UK
Full 5 year history - Please ensure you bring full details of previous employment / education / other
5 year address history
If the role requires airside access additional checks and security interviews will be conducted
If you are successful we will provide you with full training on all our processes and systems.
