Technical Resources are looking for a Project Manager to work for an established fire and security provider who design, install and maintain Fire, CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Detection systems for universities, schools and commercial premises across London. The role will involve delivering Fire & Security projects from small installs through to major builds and commercial fitouts.

The successful candidate will have experience in a fire & security project management role with a strong track record with a bias on the Fire side. Security experience is a bonus but is NOT essential.

Good commercial awareness will be beneficial for this role and candidates should be able to liaise comfortably with M&E contractors as some projects with be within construction. Candidates should have a thorough understanding of relevant Fire industry standards and a demonstrable history of taking responsibility for P&Ls up to 500k.

Salary bracket is £45-48k plus car/allowance.
