Package: £40-45,000 basic + car allowance or paid public transport + 25 days holiday
Technical Resources are currently working with a BAFE-accredited, industry-leading provider of Fire Detection, Life Safety & Security Systems who have been established for over 25 years based in Central London. Due to growth they are looking to recruit an experienced Fire Project Manager to join their team, to manage the delivery of commercial fit-out projects in East & West London.
The role will involve delivering multiple on-going fit-outs, values ranging from £300k up to £750k.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a Fire Project Management role with a successful track record. Strong commercial and contractual awareness will be beneficial for this role and candidates will need experience delivering projects in a construction environment for principal and M&E contractors. Candidates will need to be able to read & abide by programme of works, able to use RAMS and project paperwork and manage sub-contract labour.
