Are you a Facilities Manager with a background in managing facilities and sites for Film / Video production? We are recruiting for a start-up production studio who are backed by some of the major players in the industry. You will provide support to indoor and outdoor systems and love finding solutions to technical and other practical problems. A key component of the role will be to understand each client's bespoke operational requirements and plan for how we can facilitate their shoot. This will include but not be limited to ensuring there is enough power to accommodate client's needs, health & safety requirements, liaising with security, VMS reports and dealing with additional client permits.

Film Studio Facilities Manager
Salary: Up top £50,000 + Extensive Company Benefits
Locations: 4 Sites across North London (Studio Sets and small commercial offices)

Responsibilities include:
*Managing multi-site total facilities for film sets, production studios and commercial offices
*Ensuring that facilities meet government's environmental, health and security regulations
*Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments
*Procurement and contract management
*Utilities and communications infrastructure
*Drafting reports and making recommendations for facility improvements including supervising related costs and budgets (Including hiring of stock and taking inventory)
*Coordination of essential services between reception, security, maintenance and related services (cleaning, waste disposal, recycling, etc.)
*Implement and accommodate required risk assessments, work permits and standalone requests for filming projects
*Supporting the technical supervisors
*Monitoring of first aid, fire safety, emergency supplies and equipment
*Responsible for ensuring installation and maintenance of fire/alarm systems and regular fire checks and log books (including weekly fire checks)
*Monitor any harmful materials, ensuring appropriate signage is in place to avoid risk
*Respond to emergency call-outs as necessary or urgent issues as they arise
*Responsible for reviewing the VMS schedule of each studio session and
