This role is a varied and expansive role ensuring that the business functions are always commercially minded and customer orientated with a focus on constant identification of shortcomings and implementation of improvements. You will be managing a team of 30 engineers, with the majority of them fire but some will be security.

Essential Experience:

Management of fire service engineers including reviews, audits, KPI management and motivating the team
Resolution of customer queries & excellent service delivery management
Administration and management within the Fire & Security sector ideally in a Service Managers role
Costing Calls using materials and labour, optimising margin potential
Organising labour resources to meet customer expectations
Experience of a fire service environment
