We are currently recruiting for an exciting ISP that is operating in Lincolnshire and has just received a £30m investment to deliver Ultrafast broadband to homes. This is a growing business that has experience working across a variety of Telecoms solutions and is looking to build a Fibre Division with candidates that are experienced within FTTH/FTTP and understand PIA Infrastructure.

The ideal candidate for this role will have managed or supervised teams across PIA installation FTTP builds either through an ISP or Contractor.

Salary: Up to £40,000 + Corporate Benefits

Responsibilities
* Supervising teams of fibre optic cabling / Fibre Blowing activities across FTTP installation.
* Supervising teams across Termination / Splicing of Fibre Optic
* Supervising teams across Power testing / OTDR testing
* Supervising teams across Fault finding

Qualifications:
* Full UK Driving License
* ECS / CSCS / NRSWA / IPAF / PASMA
