The Site Manager will oversee the daily delivery of operations on site within company policies and procedures and agreed project targets for time, quality and cost. You will be working a variety of Telecommunications projects with a focus on fixed line fibre delivery including Civils work.

Site Supervisor - Telecommunications
Location: Based on site in the south of England with occasional travel throughout the UK
Salary: Up to £35,000 + cooperate company package


Key Duties and Responsibilities:
*Management of day to day site delivery teams on designated sites, including delivery to clients' requirements for safety, quality, street works, supplier performance and improvement.
*Manage, deliver and implement Tool Box Talks in conjunction with SHEQ manager
*Ensure accidents, incidents and near misses, quality failures and service deterioration trends are investigated competently and corrective action is taken where and when appropriate.
*Identify at the earliest opportunity risks to the delivery of the site operations with budget
*Manage the operational relationship with designated suppliers, and have monitoring in place to ensure that Contractors standards are adhered to at all times
*Deliver a quality service in accordance with standards & contractual KPI's
*Ensure the performance standards of operational staff by holding regular reviews and reporting back to the Project Manager
*Carry out regular audits of operational staff performance
*Establish and maintain close working relationships with key partners and stakeholders in the region.
*Communicate closely and provide timely and accurate periodical reports to the PM

Skills and Qualifications
*A minimum of 3 years' experience within the Telecommunications Industry
*Good SHEQ management experience
*Street Works Qualifications Register Card (NRSWA Supervisor)
