One of the UK's leading Facilities Management Companies have won a number of hard services contract within the metropolitan police. They are currently recruiting for an on the tools supervisor to manage a number of mobile based fabric engineers across North London. The main duties of this role are to ensure all fabric works are completed within the contract defined time SLA's & KPI's.

You will need to undergo stringent criminal vetting checks to secure this position.

Candidates will need a qualification a relevant trade such as Painting and Decorating or Carpentry. You must be flexible to undertake a varied range of works from decorating, tiling, laying floor to basic plumbing. You must have demonstrable experience supervising teams of engineers including monitoring performance, dealing with escalations / issues and training.

Salary: Up to £34,000 + Company Vehicle + Company Benefits
Location: Sites in North / West / East London

Duties and Knowledge Required:
*Supervised teams within a mobile maintenance / fabric environment
*Client liaison including quoting for small project works
*Time served Fabric engineer with a maintenance background happy to undertake a variety of building / fabric tasks
*Experience in Carpentry, Painting Decorating, Door Hanging, Carpet/Lino repairs, Glazing Repairs, Masonry repairs, Locksmiths, Tiling, ceiling grids/tiles, plumbing.
*Good team member with excellent communications skills with all levels of the workforce
*The ability to work within a customer focused environment where brand image is very important
*Sound knowledge of understanding and developing safety documentation to ensure site safety procedures are followed at all times
*Full driving licence
