*To promote a safety culture and operate in accordance with company and client Health, Safety & Environmental procedures at all times.
*To ensure the delivery and quality of electrical systems installation and commissioning in accordance with company procedures & to ensure this meets relevant regulatory and external accreditation.
*Sponsor efforts to develop core competencies, processes, disciplines and supporting the sharing of best practices with site-based staff.
*Produce relevant operating manuals and safety standards and ensure suitable training is provided to external clients and internal staff.
*To work flexibly across the estate and attend contract and client site meetings, training courses & networking events as required.
*Drive continuous improvement to minimise facilities downtime and reduce associated maintenance costs.
*To comply with any reasonable requests made by your Line Manager.
*An enthusiastic self-motivated individual with a drive & passion for delivering high quality work.
*NVQ Level 3 or HNC in an Electrical Discipline.
*City & Guilds 2395 Electrical Inspection and Testing.
*IEE 18th Edition Electrical Regulations Certificate.
*Complete Level 2 HSE e-learning 'Working Safely'.
*Full UK Driving Licence.
*Previous Responsible Person, Authorised Person or Competent Person M&E experience.
*Sound technical understanding of M&E systems including PPM, Reactive Maintenance and Fault Rectification with HVAC knowledge desirable.
*A good communicator, able to liaise confidently with colleagues & clients.
