Job Role: Design Team Leader
Location: UK wide - remote working
Start Date: 18/01/2020
Duration: 3 months
Working Hours: 8am-5pm
Main Duties include:
Working on a specific Government project across CCTV, Intruder, Access Control, intercom and PA Systems.Candidates should be proficient in the design of Galaxy, Tecwin and Honeywell systems.
Team Leaders must have previous experience of running a team and managing / maximising performance from remote based staff. They must have design knowledge and must be able to peer review the designers output. The team leaders will be expected to manage the workload and act as the interface to the customer. Their team will be approx. 5 designers and 2 CAD, the expectation is that each team will be responsible for outputting approx. 20 designs per week consistently.
Work will be focused on producing marked up design drawings and bill of quantities.
High pressure environment.
Over 300 sites in total on the project.
Interviews will be conducted from W/C 4th January.
Laptop and necessary IT equipment.
BPSS vetting must have begun before candidate is working for them.
