Location: West / Central London
Salary: Up to £40,000 + Company Benefits

A fast-growing and exciting Ultrafast Broadband provider based in West London are looking for a Delivery Manager. The company offers a cheaper and better-performing broadband product than its competitors providing up to 1000 Mbps broadband to its customers! With a fresh look at the market and an exciting range of products, they have an extremely friendly, approachable and dedicated team and a management structure that is open to innovative ideas and creative solutions.

As a senior in the team, you will have good experience in providing training and support to more junior members of staff where needs be. The company is deploying its own network having started in West London and fast expanding into new areas. You will be managing projects to connect fibre to both MDU's and SDU's ensuring they are completed in a timely manner and to specification. You will be responsible for driving the efficiency of engineering teams making sure that projects are delivered on time and to the right quality. The company puts a strong impetus on people coming with the right attitude. They are looking for someone who is keen to learn, self-disciplined and motivated. Responsibilities:
*Manage Civils / PIA / Openreach / Cabling / Splicing activities
*Lead teams of engineers on-site ensuring H&S / Quality of work is adhered to
*Track "homes connected" against weekly and monthly targets
*Ensure compliance with the design and specification
*Delivery sites on-time and on-budget
*Identify ways to reduce cost, improve service and manage quality
*Knowledge of NRSWA / Street works / Noticing
*Liaise with Civils / Cabling contracts to ensure projects are delivered correctly
