We are looking for a Sales Operations and Compliance Manager to join a leading technology insurance firm who globally employ over 10,000 people. You will be joining a small division responsible for growing their UK-market share which has huge growth potential. The ideal candidate will come from a compliance background in a heavily regulated industry such as telecommunications or insurance. You will have experience of influencing all levels from front-line sales people up to director level to initiate change at the point of sale of mobile phone insurance to ensure greater adherence to compliance and regulations.

This is position has become available due to the increased focus on compliance within the insurance industries due to the Insurance Distribution Directive. You will be joining an existing team that will be able to support and mentor you in the initial months.

Experience required
*Experience working in a regulatory framework
*Experience in Financial Services Compliance work (preferred)
*Experience with insurance and telecommunications (preferred)
Responsibilities:
*Define sales reporting requirements and coordinate activities between IT, BI and Client Services
*Serve as product owner for the sales activity tracking tool and associated reporting
*Drive continuous improvement to all sales operations processes and reporting
*Serve as the subject matter expert and overall coordinator of the sales compliance governance strategy for the region
*Work with Client Services and external clients to ensure compliance processes are being executed as specified and escalate where there are gaps
*Drive action plans to improve compliance processes and overall compliance execution in the sales channels
*Report sales compliance MI/KPIs, strategy, actions and updates through the Conduct & Compliance Committee
*Monitor changes in regulatory compliance requirements and communicate to clients to ensure adherence
*Coordinate and implement audit activity in respect of sales compliance
*Support Client Services in conducting client compliance reviews including preparation of materials, performance analysis and action planning
*Share global best practices across clients
