Remote phone based and site based CCTV technical support
Developing products from concept through to launch and supporting the products throughout their lifecycle.
Utilise the product expertise to turn products into solutions and support the sales team with driving these solutions into business opportunities.
Testing new products prior to approval and launch
Training customers and internal engineers and internal training team
Communicate regularly with customers for feedback on products
Act as escalation point for technical issues the Tech Support team are unable to resolve
Strong understanding of IP and HD analogue formats of CCTV
High proficiency and understanding of all products used in a CCTV system
Results focused mind set with good problem solving skills
Commercial mindset to ensure solutions are converted to sales opportunities via the sales team
Passionate about CCTV and able to take responsibility to ensure success in the role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced CCTV/Security engineer to come off the road and utilise their skills in an exciting and challenging role.
