We are currently looking for a technology specialist to take up an exciting position as a CCTV product manager within a successful and established electronic security manufacturer based in Surrey. The role is to manage the product lifecycle for various CCTV products with responsibility reaching from initial lab testing and product launch through to managing product roadmaps, managing marketing activities and increasing product awareness and success internally / externally.

Salary : Up to £60,000 + Bonus (up to 10% of basic) + Extensive Benefits Package
Location: Surrey

Responsibilities:
Identify requirements for new products by performing market, customer needs and competitive analysis
Develop requirements and work with headquarters, solution partners and suppliers to support development of new products and solutions
Lab Test new products to provide sales advantage data and performance reports.
Create and maintain product roadmap presentations. The product roadmap keeps internal staff up to date with new product releases and key features.
Create sales guide presentations for new products.
Keep European sales staff up to date with upcoming products availability and features.
Create product demonstration video content working closely with the marketing team.
Manage European compliance documentation before and during the sales lifetime of the product.
To analyse product sales data and identify products suitable for end of life or price adjustment.
Through sales data analysis identify products that require a recovery plan. Develop the recovery plan with the team.
Maintain competitive analysis documentation.
Assist in the setting of new product pricing.
Manage End of Life strategy and documentation.
Monitor aged stock and create sell out plans.

Candidate requirements:
Broad technical experience, such as engineering or field installation, preferably working with and/or developing Video Surveillance or Physical Security products, hardware and software, solutions and integrations
Organised, able to prioritise well and manage personal workload and time, has a high sense of urgency
High levels of commitment, responsible and able to own a task or a project from start to completion
Industrious, ambitious, positive and goals-oriented
Customer centric personality and highly developed consultative approach, preferably experience supporting sales or working in Customer Support
Technology savvy, curious, analytical, creative and innovative thinker
Familiarity with pricing models
