*Knowledge at a significant level of detail of any combination of the following:
*Business process management, BPMN 2 or 3 qualified, experience with workflow, rules based systems
*Knowledge of Trade Lifecycle Management specifically operations in any of the following areas:
oSettlements (also called payments, deliveries)
oMessaging (Confirmations, Affirmations)
oPost Trade Collateral or Margining
*Treasury, Liquidity Management, Liquidity Risk
*Market Risk, Pricing
*Finance and Accounting for cash or derivative:
oFX & Money Markets
*Knowledge of processing any of the above Asset Classes
*Working in major financial institutions. Morgan Stanley, Wells, Citi, JPMC in the USA or equivalents in European or APAC. Country specific experience (Offshore or Emerging Market Bank) does not count so much unless it is supporting global clients.
*Asset Managers, Investment Banks, Fund Managers, Investment Managers, Insurance even Corporate if it's Corporate Treasury.
*Lean process, Software evaluation, Directed graph analysis (usually Math degree or Computer Science) but experience is a valid substitution for a degree

Expected Role
*Analyze existing operations processes
*Identification of areas of inefficiency and deviation from standard operating procedures
*Identification of out of bounds processing statistics
*Root cause analysis for processing failures
*Suggest of process improvements
*Model processes
*Work with Digital Transformation Team to construct operating change scenarios and simulations
*Test digitized processes - should be capable or routine test packs, regression, risk testing and session based testing
