Call Centre Advisor
Salary: Up to £17,000 + Benefits
*Answer inbound calls quickly and professionally ensuring the interaction is polite throughout the call and reflects company values
*Resolve queries during the calls where possible, ensuring the query is escalated to the right party if further intervention is required
*You will retain ownership of the query whilst it remains open ensuring progress is communicated
*Record all activity in the company systems relating to the call enabling accurate trend analysis to be completed
*Highlight better ways of working/suggestions for improvement that either benefit the contact centre team directly or that would have a positive impact on an established process
*Ensure a good understanding of the client contracts and relevant key legislation to enable a confident call handling experience
