Your Future: What a time to join this business as a Business Development Manager!! You will be the second sales person in the business and will play a massive role in shaping the structure of the BDM team. With great growth over the past 3 years the business are looking to grow again. You will be integral to their success and, should you so desire, you will have the opportunity to build a team out around you. 

The Role: As Business Development Manager you will win and manage new clients who require maintenance contracts for security systems. You will be dealing with property management groups, M&E companies as well as direct with end user corporate businesses. With a team of highly skilled engineers and a company who are big enough to deliver, but small enough to care backing you, you can be confident you are selling a quality service. Also, backed by colleagues with other 30 years of industry experience you will be up-to-speed from a knowledge perspective in no time. Your area will be in and around the M25 - an area rich with prospects, even in the current climate - properties, empty or full, need fully working and services security systems for insurance purposes.

The business also design and install security solutions using only the top suppliers from around the world ensuring standards are high and customers are safe.  

Requirements for this Business Development Manager role: 
  • Consultative sales approach
  • B2B sales experience, preferably within the same target market
  • Knowledge of security is a bonus but not a prerequisite
  • A hungry Business Development Manager with an excellent track record will take precedence over industry knowledge
Salary for the Business Development Manager role: 

  • £40k OTE £80k 
  • Travel allowance or car allowance depending on preference

Location for the Business Development Manager role:

This office is based in SW London - you will work from this office but also visit clients as and when possible and required.
