Your Future: Despite the pandemic the construction market is still growing. This business operated predominately within the commercial and civil space. They have some excellent investors and are one of two companies within the market who provide this specific hardware and SaaS solution. As an Account Director for this business you will growth as they grow and look to progressing to more senior leadership roles in the future.
The Role: As Account Director you will penetrate the top main contractors in the UK, many of which are already signed up to this solution. Pushing down from the top you will help drive new mandates meaning sub-contractors must adopt this new solution. The current sales team will help pull this through the supply chain.
The Company: This tech scale-up business is the leader in this filed. Other mainstream competitors are way behind the curve. As Account Director this will help you achieve the commercial growth targets.
For this Account Director role, we're looking for candidates who:
*Have experience penetrating tier one contractors at a senior level
*Understand the construction marketplace and Contractor/Sub-Contractor relationship
*Have a strategic, relationship led approach as well as a hunter attitude
*Have an adaptable nature - working for a tech scale-up involves spinning lots of plates and being involved with many aspects of the business
If you have any tech experience or SaaS sales experience this would be an advantage.
This Account Director role is based from home but with access required to London as and when needed by clients or the business.
