Selling:Business Mobile, Business Connectivity, Hosted Telephony/UC, Business Phones, IT support, adding new products to portfolio through acquisition and new partnerships. Just added a thermal imaging camera and software solution allowing businesses or organisations to silently monitor temperature of people traffic allowing premises to refuse entry of suspected carriers of Covid/virus's. Recently started tagging on business energy.
Markets:SME/Corp/Large Corp/Enterprise (flexible depending on experience of sales person) Closing deals with companies 5 people strong to recent deal closed with Nvidea.
Also on Crown Public sector framework - can sell to schools, colleges, uni's, LA, blue lights etc
DM LevelOwner, MD, CEO, CTO, CIO, Finance, IT Mgr, Procurement - could be one DM to a few depending on complexity of sale and size of contract
New/Existing:New Business focussed position
Source of NB:Existing customers, advertising on Heart Radio for SME attraction, LinkedIn targeted Adverts, Google Ads, SEO, Incoming enquiries, database/CRM, cold calling, LinkedIn, own black book.

Package
For non-industry/up and coming salespeople
Base:£25-40k will wrap car allowance etc up in base or structure with car allowance
OTE:£80-100K year 1 and £120k - £150k year 3
Flexible benefits and holidays - CEO doesn't care if bring in business. Expenses for entertainment etc
For experienced and industry salespeople
Base:£40-65k will wrap up car allowance or structure with car allowance
OTE:£100k- £120K year 1 £130-£150K year 2
Double kickers of everything over 100% of GP target, uncapped OTE.
Targets:c£300-350k GP/Yr to £600kGP/yr
For solid industry and senior people they are willing to talk stock options
