Technical Resources are recruiting for an exciting Audio-Visual specialist that operate nationwide and are looking for an Operations and Installation Manager's whose primary duty is to develop and deliver Audio Visual installations whilst also assisting with technical and remote support throughout the EMEA territory. Within the role the applicant will assist in the continued drive to develop a Audio Visual product by continuing to deliver the highest quality installations available in the market.

A successful applicant will need experience within construction and AV installation whilst experience within technical support and account management would be a preferable but not essential.

Audio Visual Operations Manager
Salary: Up to £32,000 + Company Car + Company Benefits (negotiable)
Location: London

Responsibilities:
*Perform site inspections of new installations and fill out required documentation
*Install and test permanent and mobile installations of Audio-Visual Simulators working around customer schedules before commissioning and providing full training on completed systems.
*Manage and communicate travel schedules and accommodation for the duration of away works.
*Manage installation schedules and staffing to ensure work is completed on time and to budget.
*Work with US based support team to assist current residential and commercial installations.
*Help gather customer requirements and assist in continued product development of the full simulator range.
*Provide remote technical support to clients throughout the EMEA region.

Requirements
*Extensive construction or electrical experience (AV or simulator installs preferred)
*Ability to work in teams
*Available to travel throughout the EMEA region
*Excellent customer relationship management skills
*Computer literacy
*Good analytical skills and attention to detail
