The Role: As 1st Line Technical Support you will be the first point of contact for any client queries via phone or email. You will use a solution orientated approach to identify client issues and ensure they get dealt with effectively. With a chance to utilise innovative technologies this position can progress and develop into a great career within the technology industry.

The package for the 1st Line Technical Support is:
- Base: £25k
- Overtime (If desired)
- Laptop, Phone, Pension & 20days + Bank
The First Line Technical Support role is based in and around the Surrey.
