Job Role: 1st Line Support Engineer
Location: London (1 day in Kent, 4 days in London)
Starting: Either before Christmas or 04/01/2021
Duration: 1 Month rolling - year long contract
Working Hours: 8 hour days
PAY RATE: £140 p/d
Main Duties:
Engineers will be required to handle customer (StoreOps) incidents in a professional, courteous manner over the phone, via email and via ServiceNow portal.
Engineers will be required to update or write manuals and knowledge bases
Engineers will be required to take part in hardware staging/enrolment, deployment and on-site replacements.
Engineers will be required to work in shifts to cover a whole range of Client store opening hours (8am - 8pm)

Required Documentation:
Fluent English (Other languages will be seen as plus)
Relevant IT education and experience
Experience in working in or with retail will be beneficial
Great customer service skills
Strong Knowledge of Microsoft and Apple operating systems (Windows, iOS, iPadOS)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Strong troubleshooting skills
Ability to analyse, prioritise and correctly triage service requests
Good appreciation of and interest in technology
Experience in working with remote connection tools
Basic Networking skills
Excellent Documentation & Report Writing
