Job Title: Warden call service engineer
Location: Newport
Rate: £230 p/day
Technical Resources are working with a leading Fire, Security, and Life Safety systems provider who are looking for an experienced Warden Call Service Engineer to join their growing service team. As a Warden Call Service Engineer, you’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and fault-finding on a variety of Warden Call and Nurse Call systems across supported housing and care environments.
Description of contract/programme of works:

Service, maintain, and fault-find on Warden Call systems.

Carry out reactive callouts and preventative maintenance visits.

Provide technical support and advice to clients and end-users.

Complete all service reports and compliance documentation accurately.
Experience required:

Minimum 2 years’ experience servicing and maintaining Warden Call systems.

Experience with Tunstall, Intercall, Courtney Thorne, or Quantec.

Knowledge of Nurse Call or Door Entry systems.
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
-
ECS or CSCS Card.

Full UK Driving Licence.
