Are you a Technical Support Engineer based in Craigavon looking for a role that offers stability, technical variety, and the opportunity to support a wide range of Fire & Security systems? As a Technical Support Engineer, you will provide first-line support to engineers and end users while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient resolution of technical queries.
Responsibilities :

Provide technical support to end users and engineers internally and externally.

Ensure prompt and accurate information is logged and scheduled.

Prioritise workload effectively to meet contractual deadlines.

Answer customer calls while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Attempt first-line fixes before escalating to the service team.

Support the Service Scheduling Team when required.

Carry out reasonable tasks as requested by line supervisors and the Head of Service.
Experience and Certifications Required:
-
Minimum of 3 years’ experience across Intruder, CCTV, Access Control, and Fire systems.

Strong customer focus with excellent telephone manner.
-
Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively.
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-
Good general product knowledge of Fire systems.
-
Experience with Network/IP-based products.
