£25,000 to £35,000 per annum
Are you passionate about technology and customer service? We are seeking a Technical Support Advisor to join a leading distributor of gate automation and access control products. Based in either our Rotherham or Letchworth office, you will provide expert technical support to customers, assisting with troubleshooting, product queries, and system setup guidance.
Responsibilities :
- Provide professional technical support to customers via phone, email, and in person.
- Assist the sales team with pre-sales enquiries and technical specifications.
- Support testing and evaluation of new gate automation and access control products.
- Manage RMA shipments and liaise with suppliers regarding product issues.
- Keep detailed records of technical enquiries and solutions provided.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Experience or a strong interest in electronics or electrical products.
- Excellent communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
- Strong written English, including spelling and grammar.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented approach with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
