We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Specialist to join our professional services team. This role is ideal for an experienced industry professional with deep technical expertise in safety and security solutions, who can act as a trusted consultant, deliver innovative designs, and provide high-level third-line technical support.
Responsibilities :

Provide technical solution design and consultancy, supporting sales and delivery teams.

Act as TDA, producing low-level designs, configuration templates, and test plans.

Deliver third-line technical support for complex projects and systems.
-
Work closely with clients to provide expert advice and tailored solutions.

Liaise with vendors and technology partners, maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.

Mentor engineering colleagues and deliver internal training to strengthen solution awareness.

Ensure all project designs are fully documented and compliant with H&S requirements.

Maintain exceptional customer service and professional standards.
Experience and Certifications Required:
-
5+ years’ experience designing, implementing, or supporting integrated security systems .

Proven technical consultancy or specialist role experience, ideally client-facing.

Strong understanding of enterprise-level systems including:
-
VMS : Milestone, Genetec, IndigoVision, Pelco, Avigilon
-
Access Control : Gallagher, Genetec, Avigilon, Lenel
-
Security systems integration and unified platforms
-
Microsoft operating systems administration
-

Experience producing LLDs (Low-Level Designs) for engineering teams.

Excellent analytical, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

Commercial awareness with the ability to design and cost effective solutions.

Flexible approach with willingness to travel to client sites as required.
