Role : Technical Programme Lead
Location: London
Salary: £75,000 + Car Allowance
We are seeking an experienced Technical Programme Lead to oversee the successful delivery of large-scale technology projects for key customers in London. This leadership role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong programme management expertise and a background in safety and security technology solutions.
Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from planning, resourcing, and delivery through to closure.

Manage budgets, schedules, risks, and change controls to ensure successful outcomes.

Ensure projects meet quality, compliance, and assurance standards.

Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Lead, motivate, and coordinate project teams, fostering accountability and collaboration.

Provide site management oversight with a strong focus on health, safety, and compliance.
Experience and Certifications Required:

Proven programme and project management experience delivering technical solutions.

Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, integrated security systems, and platforms.

Hands-on experience with VMS and access control systems (e.g., Genetec, Gallagher, Milestone).

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programmes.
