Role: Technical Account Manager
Location: Remote
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 per annum + Car Allowance + Bonus
We are recruiting for a Technical Account Manager to support global client accounts and manage a team of Embedded Engineers and Project Managers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working for a systems integrator, particularly managing large global accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage escalations and relationships with key global customer accounts
- Review and sign-off proposals prepared by Project Managers
- Conduct regular client calls to drive actions and report progress
- Manage a team of Project Managers and Embedded Engineers for global accounts
- Identify opportunities to further develop accounts
- Provide strategic oversight of technical and client needs
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Technical background with enterprise-level systems such as C-Cure, Genetec, and Lenel
- Strong experience working for an integrator that supports global accounts
- Experience managing medium-sized teams
- Relevant experience in managing large client accounts and teams
- Strong technical understanding of security systems and enterprise-level integration
