up to £80,000 basic + Car Allowance + Bonus
We are seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to oversee strategic global client accounts and manage a team of Project Managers and Embedded Engineers. This role will suit someone with a strong background in enterprise security systems and a proven track record of supporting large-scale, global accounts for systems integrators.
Responsibilities :

Act as the primary point of escalation for global client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Review and approve project proposals produced by Project Managers.

Lead client calls to monitor progress, resolve issues, and drive actions.

Manage and develop a team of Project Managers and Embedded Engineers.

Identify opportunities to expand and grow client accounts.

Provide technical and strategic oversight to align with client needs.
Experience and Certifications Required:

Strong technical knowledge of enterprise-level security platforms such as C-Cure, Genetec, and Lenel.

Proven experience with a systems integrator supporting global accounts.

Experience managing and motivating medium-sized technical teams.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
