Role: Sprinklers Project Manager
Location: London
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
Technical Resources are recruiting for a Sprinklers Project Manager to oversee the installation of commercial sprinkler systems on a large-scale project valued between £3m - £5m. Reporting directly to the Associate Director, the successful candidate will bring extensive experience in commercial sprinkler systems, managing a range of subcontract mechanical and electrical installation teams, and ensuring all project objectives are met effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee commercial sprinkler installations, including water supplies and shell & core contracts.
- Manage subcontractor teams for mechanical and electrical installations.
- Produce essential project documentation such as weekly/monthly schedules, cost-to-completion forecasts, and purchase order schedules.
- Attend all project-related site meetings with clients, consultants, architects, and design teams.
- Work alongside the site manager and project engineer to drive project completion.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Minimum7years’ experience managing commercial sprinkler systems, including wet and dry risers.
- Candidates with 3+ years’ experience may be considered for a Project Engineer position.
- Preferential qualifications include:
- LPCB certification.
- NVQ Level 6 or higher.
- SMSTS certification.
