: Sprinkler Supervisor / Fitter

£35,000 - £50,000 per annum
Technical Resources are recruiting for an experienced Sprinkler Supervisor / Fitter to oversee and carry out sprinkler system installations on commercial sites. This role combines hands-on fitting with supervising small installation teams, ensuring work is delivered to the highest standard and in compliance with industry regulations.
Responsibilities :

Carry out installation and fitting of sprinkler systems on commercial projects.

Supervise and support installation teams to ensure work is completed on time and to specification.

Work in line with LPCB, BS EN12845, and BS9251 standards.

Ensure high levels of site health & safety, assisting with toolbox talks and risk assessments.

Liaise with supervisors, project managers, and design teams regarding technical or installation issues.

Read and interpret installation drawings, raising any discrepancies as required.

Complete site paperwork, progress updates, and assist during commissioning and handover.
Experience and Certifications Required:

Previous experience as a Lead Fitter or Supervisor in sprinkler system installations.

Strong practical knowledge of sprinkler fitting and installation methods.

Understanding of LPCB/British Standards (BS EN12845 / BS9251).

Ability to lead and organise a small team of fitters on site.

CSCS card essential; Health & Safety awareness required.

SSSTS (or similar supervisor certification) is desirable.

Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
