Location: Upminster
Salary: £55,000 – £70,000 + package

Technical Resources are recruiting for a Sprinkler Project Manager to join a leading fire protection contractor delivering high-quality sprinkler installations across the UK. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple commercial projects, from initial client briefing through to handover, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in full compliance with BS EN 12845 and LPCB standards.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and deliver multiple commercial sprinkler installation projects across the UK.

  • Oversee project budgets, scheduling, and procurement of materials.

  • Ensure projects meet specification, quality, and safety requirements.

  • Supervise site teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with company and H&S standards.

  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to maintain strong working relationships.

  • Conduct progress meetings and prepare regular financial and project reports.

  • Oversee commissioning, testing, and handover of completed systems.

Experience and Certifications Required:

  • LPCB or FIRAS Project Manager accreditation – Preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of BS EN 12845 and associated LPCB requirements.
  • SMSTS or SSSTS certification – Essential.
  • Proven track record in managing sprinkler or fire protection projects.
  • Experience in commercial, retail, warehousing, or high-rise environments.
  • Competency in AutoCAD and general project management software – Beneficial.
  • Minimum 5 years’ project management experience within the sprinkler or fire protection industry.
